You could keep a single male betta in that tank or 3 female bettas. If you keep bettas, make sure you have plenty of places for the betta to hide. You can also keep a single male dwarf gourami.

A few more Corie's of the same specie that you already have and some live plants would make a very active and attractive tank. Cory cats do best in groups of 6 or more. In the Amazon basin I've seen literally hundreds occupying one fairly small pool,quite happily.
