no because a civil war in the US would be a sign to the rest of the developed world that the most stable political and financial system in the world is about to collapse. it'll create defaults and massive panics in the market that would be catastrophic. so, no.

No, because the have-nots have not because they won't apply themselves to have. I doubt they would apply themselves to start a war if they can't even apply themselves enough to graduate from high school
