On my gosh!! hahaha! I wished I asked this earlier I am having such a good laugh at all your funny answers* i would react like most of you too!! He is a great chef though. I asked this too in the food section, be fun to check out the answers there too. You guys have to help on the voting there laters.

Gross, I would figure out a way to get out of it. He is full of his own s... And if I can't get out of it I would make sure I served POODLE SH...
I would not go to one of his restaurants knowing his food has that karma attached to it. Why treat your chefs and workers that way? Blah... Not worth the time and NRG.

I'd say, "Gordon Ramsey? Who is that, and why does he want to come to MY house?!?!"
LOL actually, I just looked up who he is and I guess I'd probably stress out.
I think I'd choose to make something with Farmer's Market fare, (fresh local produce). No idea what protein I'd add - probably it would center around those wonderfully fresh local veggies and such.

I would be ecstatic if if Gordon Ramsey were to come over for a meal. I'd bake wild salmon and side plate it with steamed mixed veggies and dessert would be Hagen Daz rum raisun ice cream with a little splash of coffee liquor. I'd also have a bar of soap and a toilet brush in plain display in the kitchen in case he starts with the profanity...LOL

i'd be so excited I'd probably need my heart meds, then I'd stress about what to cook him and need it again, then I'd have to get in touch with my friend who makes an incredible array of home made ice-cream and go shopping and need my meds again! I'd cook him peppered Plaice in White Wine Sauce with Mashed Potatoes and a herb salad followed my Ray's Lemon Meringue Icecream! Then tell him he can do the Ffffing washing up!

I couldn't possibly tell you what my reaction would be, but I would certainly have to put a fortune in my swear box. I would have to cook him my legendary chicken Tikka Massala with homemade Pilau rice.

I'd be taking some heavy anti-depressants so that when he chews me out I wont take it too personally.
