and you take a bath the next day what can happen to the baby ?

Absolutely nothing. Spray shower cleaner is used in such small amounts. And there is nothing in them that is proven to cause birth defects, otherwise there would be warnings all over it or it would be taken off the market.

I wouldn't think there is going to be a problem with it. It's probably a good idea to run a bath and then let it drain first to empty out all the residue from the cleaner.

The worse that can happen is you will worry needlessly when there's no reason to.

Shower cleaner is perfectly safe for cleaning showers, and that's all you did.

When you get in the next day and put water in there, it will dilute the cleaner and pretty much wash it away, so don't worry.

Well, make sure you rinse out the tub of all residue of the shower cleaner BEFORE you take a bath.

Well, I hate to say this but the worse thing is that you could cause your unborn child to be born with a birth defect. However, I have seen no data to indicate that bathroom cleaners cause birth defects so lets just assume that you're probably alright. I would probably recommend rinsing and aerating the room well in the future.
