yes but people haven't always got time to reply to personal emails. I get so many work emails I just get inundated and there simply isn't always time to reply to friends. I sometimes wish they'd just phone me up in the evening, the good old-fashioned way of communicating!

No. Email has become a quick and easy medium to use. Unfortunately it is over used and abused. People who receive tens or hundreds of mails a day need to filter. There is no guarantee that your email has been read.

Absolutely. If I get an email, even if I don't have an answer, I make sure to reply to tell them I am looking into it.

It certainly can be! Unless there was a problem with their computer,or that person doesn't check the e-mails . If it's important to you on getting a response, use the phone and call that person up to see on how they are doing.
I know someone that rarely checks the e-mails but the only way that I know this is because I have asked her if she got my mail, and she told me that herself. So for your own peace of mind ,ask!

Yes. I emailed someone and asked them a ? and they never replied. Heck if I'm going to send them another one. I've got my pride and they will never hear from me again...unless they answer my email and apologies.

It depends on who you are emailing...some people you just dont give a damn if they reply or not...
you would think its rude if people who are special to you didnt reply

Yeah like that Chris C yesterday, He tells me im sexist then wont mail me back and tell why he thinks that.
Some people on here just are selfish and nasty and couldnt give a damn.

no some people don't read their e mails everyday and by the time they get it you've already spoken with the person or the issue is resolved. its not personal. now a missed phone call that is not returned is different.

I don't think it's rude. They might have had nothing to reply back. They might have got caught up doing something else. You never know.
