Yes, Goldwings do have reverse. In the GL1800's, you have a Rev. button on the right hand cluster. When pushed in, the green neutral lamp goes out and a yellow lamp lights on the dash indicating reverse. You push the starter button to activate the reverse gear. It's decadent.

Honda Gold Wings and a rare few others (some of the big V-8 monsters like Boss Hoss) have reverse. Gold Wings use an electric reverse, while I think Boss Hoss uses a 2 speed froward, one reverse gear transmission. I am no expert on these bikes so somebody else may correct me if I am mistaken on any of this. I own a Yamaha Venture that is actually heavier than a Gold Wing and it does not have a reverse gear. After a beer or twelve, I sometimes wish it did ;-)

Gold wings do, yes. Not like reverse in a car, it uses the starter motor as a way of assisting moving the large Gold Wings in reverse, like in/out of a garage or parking space.

BMW K-1200 LT (and maybe some others)
Possibly the sidecar models of BMW and Urals
Many trike conversions incorporate a reverse gear
Most of the old Harley "Servicar" three-wheelers...

I read a previous question on this subject and read a few other bikes other than the Honda Goldwings, also have a reverse.
One of them a BMW, another a Harley Davidson.

Reverse trannys were used on some Harleys from factory. (most used a four speed tranny with 3 foward gears and one reverse. (these were last offered in 1984 for Police Hack rigs) There are aftermarket reverses for 5&6 speeds.
