i heard that youtube has a virus that makes your computer a zombie to whatever network you are on and that there is no anti virus for it.

is it safe again???

The is no truth to what you have heard. "You Tube is 100% safe to use.

youtube is fine.
Just make sure you are using Firefox and install an extension called adblock plus. That will help you with popups and any unnecessary crap on the web pages. :)

youtube is fine. you only need to worry about adware if you're surfing hacking/warez/porn sites.

firefox is a memory hog (like netscape 15 years ago..).. if you have parents buying you unlimited memory, then you're fine - but if you can get away with using what is provided 'with' windows, free of hassle, then do it.

i've never had any issue with it
