No there isn't.

First, according to many other traditions and cultures, not just the Bible, demons ARE angels who fell from grace....1/3 of the heavenly host, ergo if they could breed with each other, they wouldn't be half breeds. The only physical differences between the fallen angels and their upstanding counterparts is that the fallen angels, as punishment, were deprived of the corporeal selves, ie they have no shape or form, whereas the angels in good standing who did not revolt kept their form.

The only time I have seen such a thing was in the comic series "Preacher". It was a unique entity, incredibly powerful, known as "Genesis".
