i have seen a couple of different programs recently about the earth and its history. in each case, climate change is presented as the natural ebb and flow of many different forces combining to affect the climate on earth. earth has been mostly covered in ice for much of the 3.5 billion years of her history since she began cooling, with glaciers advancing and retreating in a cycle, and we are only now coming out of the last ice age with the earth warming up over the last ten thousand years or so. i don't know about you, but i am rather happy with living in warmer times versus colder times like our ancestors had to...i say we should all be driving gas guzzling suv's and increasing our carbon footprints. keep those glaciers out of my back yard.

Everyone needs to understand that there is something far more sinister at work regarding this whole Global Warming issue. The science not only does not support the assertion that the planet is warming at anything but a normal cyclical rate. That man made CO2 or any other human activity could be adversely affecting the climate is a conclusion that could never be reached by any scientist who looks at the actual data. What I am saying is that the only way the data could be interpreted the way it is being interpreted is through deliberate manipulation. It is not possible that they could only be mistaken. This is being done purposefully.

The question should be, why are they doing this? It seems to me that the Federal Government has succeeded once again, through massive infusion of funding to have caused massive corruption. There are now far too many scientists and universities that are willing to provide whatever results will get them the most Federal Grant Money. The key to winning those grants is to manufacture claims of doom and gloom. How long would climate research grant money continue to flow if all the scientists found nothing alarming?

Follow the money, my friends, follow the money!!!

There are mountains of evidence that prove and disprove the theory of global warming, but we won't know until anything actually happens. Just because Al Gore writes a book or says something doesn't mean he's right. Also, just because the conservative right says something to the contrary doesn't mean they're right either. It could be something totally different. What we are sure of is that pollution is bad for the environment and that the only reason opposition to the theory of global warming has arisen is because politicians are in bed with the oil companies and the oil companies are afraid that the new alternative energy will kill their profits. So, they lean on politicians to bring alternative theories that disprove global warming to light so they can salvage their money.

The Alien Love Child (aka Al Gore) is too busy flying around in a gas guzzling, CO2 emitting jet to spread the Gospel of Global Warming. He doesn't have time to watch anything but liberal funded public television (like PBS).

you'll be oil by the time the next ice age comes around lol XD
wow so why are you going to say this stuff about al gore and the u.n It has nothing to do with them. We are'nt causing but maybe 1% of the the worlds warming. It is the natural cycle of the earth.

Al'gore has nothing like i said to do with this. And you shouldn't worry about it to much. The worlds cycle has and will be repeated many times.

The BBC sucks. it rather is barely exterior relief for the better classes. all and sundry on there went to public college. you recognize, John Peel went to Charterhouse, and Simon Mayo went to an analogous college as Johnnie Walker. look at the education of the others.... i became into listening to some git of a Tory on 5live grumbling that unfavorable previous people who circulate to circulate to family members in well being middle in Wales do not could pay parking fees and this became into incorrect because of the fact it got here out of 'tax payers' funds'. The irony that he became into broadcasting on a medium fully paid for out of tax payers' funds appeared to elude him. I in no way watch the BBC. I keep in mind each and every type of people doing classified ads for them, asserting approximately how their excellence could be ruined in the event that they took classified ads, and how there have been not adequate classified ads to circulate around, and then we had the explosion of digital television and dozens of channels, all financed by classified ads. i could abolish the BBC the next day. the fee with which Greg Dyke became into sent, however, exhibits it rather is an arm of government. there is no way they could ever eliminate this actual branch of the propaganda ministry.

The thing people seem to forget is that none of those millenia they are basing their conclusions on had a population the size of our current one or a society that is totally industrialized. All the previous statistics were formed without those influences. We cannot assume that nature will continue to run business as usual when we have changed the rules on her.
