Yet on her own television show, she states repeatedly, that couples that "play house" and do not get legally married are not entitled to the same rights and protections as couples that do legally marry. As a jurist, isn't she condoning prejudice here? I mean what would she say if the government said Jews could not get legally married? Of course I don't watch her anymore, but what do you think of her beliefs as a judge?

I don't think she's a REAL judge. She's just a gum-chewing, wise-cracking, loud-mouth *****, if you can read between the lines.

On the other hand, maybe she doesn't want to have to deal with all the gay divorces that will start up once two gay people become nailed together like two boards. It's bad enough when opposite-sexes fight over their stuff and their car and their dog and their cat and their children. Having Gay people in the divorce court could be a whole new way to resurrect the Roman Gladiatorial Games for some new reality TV series!

shes not a real judge i think but you just have to be the judge if u think it is right or not
