Probably a bleeding disorder. Might be von Willenbrant's but may also be something else.
Have you always been someone who easily bruises or has it started abruptly? Most bleeding disorders are genetic, so you always have them but the symptoms can get worse with changing hormones etc.
If you haven't had these symptoms before, go to the doctor ASAP. If you've been an easy-bruiser for most of your life, the cause is likely to be genetic. You should still go to the doctor to have your blood clotting mechanisms checked out. Clearly your blood does not clot normally, but there can be several causes for why it doesn't do so.
It's especially important that you get it checked out because if you ever have surgery, poor blot-clotting may be an issue.
Typical bruises caused by blood-clotting disorders are small, round, coin-sized and you will have several of them. If you only have one bruise, you could have bumped it, but if you have 5 or so coin-shaped bruises on your inner thigh, there is something wrong.
Before the doctor determines what exactly is causing the lack of blood-clotting (the causes can range a lot), you should stop using things that thin the blood (aspirin) and moderate the use of garlic. I would also suggest that you start taking Iron and vitamin C tablets as it's likely that you are aneamic (have your doctor check it out). Vitamin K is also essential in blood-clotting so taking Vitamin K supplements may also help (as pure Vitamin K is difficult to find, try at least to take vitamin pills that have Vitamin K).

Get to the doctors as quickly as you can as this could be a very serious condition, especially if you are certain you have not hit anything or been hit by anything. For piece of mind get it checked out.
One thing you could do in the mean time is make sure you are getting enough Vitamin C as a deficiency in this causes Scurvy which is characterised by bruising (and fingernails falling off amongst other things). Don't bother with tablets just drink a large glass of orange juice everyday.

A bruise is caused by bleeding under the skin and then the blood being re-absorbed and the colour of the bruise reflects different re-absorbtion points. As a result you should at least get your blood checked for platelet count. Platelets are what help blood vessels stop bleeding so a blood count, i think that's what it's called would be first advised.

Have you been drinking heavily or taking drugs? This could also be part of it, along with other answerer's suggestions.
