Remind yourself as many times you need to that you ARE better without him.
Keep yourself busy to avoid your thoughts from staying on him.
Do what makes you happy.
Surround yourself with good friends.
I was there one year ago and I knew by doing the above things that I AM BETTER WITHOUT HIM.

Remind yourself of what a tool he is on a daily basis. Do things for yourself and also things to make you feel as if you are a better person for having done them.
Itll come in time.

Think of all the bad times, I know that sounds weird but it works. In the meanwhile, go out with your friends and have some fun. Keep busy.

only you can ask this question and only can answer it why don't you write two lists one good one bad everything he's ever done wrong and the other how good he's been to you since you met him then you have to be truthful to yourself you can lie to everyone but not yourself you know the truth ????
