Concentrate. Starting with each toe--relax each one--maybe move it and relax it even more. Then the foot. Relax it--move it and relax it more. Other foot the same. Working up the body with each part--lower leg--upper leg--hips--relax-- tighten and relax more. Continue up the body. Good relaxing technique. Good Luck

i usually will go out for happy hour on a friday only... but generally, watch a good movie while sitting on my couch, turn the phone off, and sip some tea or hot cocoa....
