i restored my pc back to factory settings but now i have no sound its a emachines e4062 what do i do now help!!!

Most common problem anytime a computer is reset like that. The drivers for the sound card where not installed when the reset was done. Usually means they were not on the disk you used for the reset. Go to the web site of the manufacturer (in your case eMachine) and look up our model. They should have the drivers available as a free download.

Normally restore disks come in pairs. One to restore the OS and the other one contains the drivers. You need the drivers disk.
