I mean the physical appearence.Not the serious diseases like cancer,serosis etc..

It's not just difficult, it's impossible! Smoking dulls your skin and stains your fingers. You'll soon develop the unattractive typical "pigeon chest" that marks the smoker. Your lungs will be less efficient, so getting proper exercise becomes impossible. The serious diseases that kill you take time to develop, but you are actually less healthy in ways that show within a few weeks. Don't start!

What you have to remember there are two things, firstly what we look like on the outside depends on what we are like on the inside, physically though, vitamins and minerals are needed to keep us lookng fresh young and vibrant, smokers however, tend to lose alot of Vitamin C and E, water soluble vitamins, so you could try and take extra Vit C and E in the form of tablets or some extra fruit like oranges, peaches, blackcurrants etc for vitamin C and nuts and seeds for vitamin E and see how that goes, and dont forget to have a glass of water with a twist of lemon or lime juice which will clear the system and the add some more vit c to the system, hope this helps answer your question

I do not think its very difficult. Just ensure you have lots of water (Atleast 1.5 lts) every day on an empty stomach or before you blow any puffs. That shall cleanse the system of any cigy related impurities supposed to harm your skin and thus your appearance.

The body shape wont change much..
but a bright face if you have already would be effected by the color of your lips... they would be dark soon....

yes it is possible with 2 options. 1 is stop smoking another one is with yoga.

its not. Take lots of water, do "Kapalbhaati" pranayam and be happy, then check your face, it will be brighter than non smoker

but better to quit or reduce the numbers
