I have no cs background.. i dont know how to program like with C, C++ , C sharp .. you guys think i can do well in the security course if it is mostly about memorizing?

It will not be mostly about memorizing. It will probably require learning some cryptographic algorithms in a mathematical manner and it could involve some programming. It will most likely not require any prior knowledge so you don't need to worry as you will be given the time to learn the basics of programming that is required.

Depends how good you are at studying.

Computer security doesn't have much to do with programming. It would help if you knew stuff about networking.
