as long as its a PCI card and you have a PCI slot and not a PCIe slot...then yes it would work..

The sound card appears to be standard PCI. And the slots that you sent the picture of are standard PCI slots. No physical reason why the card would not fit your slots.

Yes it will. That's a PCI slot you have there. And the specs sheet says that the sound card uses a PCI interface, hence it will work.
