Respected Spanish newspaper "El Mundo" has written about a bloody towel found at a barn in Portugal which has forensic evidence on it linking it to both Madeleine and the renault scenic hired by the McCanns. Police were led to the barn after intercepting phone calls made by Gerry McCann and Russell O'Brien. Both of these deny being there but the phone calls provide irreputable proof that they are lying. Yep, things are moving really fast now and remember there must be a fair amount of incriminating evidence not in the public domain.I'm confident that at least some of the Tapas group have told the police the truth of what they know, to carry on lying now would be sheer madness, i have no doubt whatsoever that they all know the truth but have differing levels of involvement in what actually occurred and the subsequent cover up.Last but not least, the police have confidently stated they are in possession of one vital piece of "stand alone evidence ".....wonder what the next barrage of nonsense from Mitchell will be, rebuttals are a wee bit slower in coming though doubtless another "sighting " will soon be conjured up ......almost forgot most intriguing of all, what was lost and found ?

sorry 17 pdr asked the same question straight after you! I think that neglect played a huge part in the demise of Madeleine McCann either by an alleged abduction or by alleged accidental death. EITHER SCENARIOS WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED WITHOUT SERIAL NEGLECT

i hope that something happens soon, if poor maddie is dead she should be laid to rest properly, even if the mccanns did not kill her they are just as guilty as the people or persons who did (if she is deceased) as they failed miserably in their parental duties to ensure their children were safe at all times, my sympathy is with maddie
