If it is going to Snow at all in Ireland it usually does in January and not Christmas Day.It is usually Bitingly Cold with weak Sunshine on Christmas Day. The best chance of having Snow is on the Hills,The Dublin and Wicklow Mountains,The Kerry Mountains, Donegal Hills,The Mournes, The Sperrins, It would be nice Strolling around St Stephens Green or The Phoenix Park with Snow on the Ground.

Yes I like to have a white Christmas. But at times here in Ohio we don't. It can get 50/50 chance. It was snowing during the night and we woke up snowing and some on the ground. But I am hoping it come on Christmas Eve

What are the chances of getting a white Christmas anywhere this side of the equator?! I'd love a white Christmas - did you know, the actual amount of snowflakes needed to fall to be classed as a white christmas is one?!?

truthfully rather severe. I stay interior the united kingdom and snow is asserted to be on the top of this week meaning that if it does snow and the snow holds out for 6 days then we will have a white christmas :-)

Highly unlikely. I grew up in Ireland and don't remember any snowy Christmases, just mornings white from frost.

We had one two years ago down south, and by the way it was the only snow we got for that winter. So I think 50/50 would be a good gestimate.

Corkonian, OK Boy?

Well it snowed about 3 years ago here in Dublin, quite heavily too. It snows about 1 year out of every 6 so I'd guess about 1/6, sure would be great if it did...........

Very unlikely. I've been living there all my life and can only remember one or 2 white christmases. Would be lovely though!

Don't leave it to chance, invest in a snow machine. You could rent out your services to the whole community.
