He never had to. Every time he trashed one of the businesses he was given control of, either his family or the government bailed him out. Now that he has trashed the government; that just leaves his family—and I don’t think even the Bush clan can cover his note this time.

We've allowed him to do so . . . political apathy has created this problem. We are all to blame. He just took advantage of the fact that we would willingly overlook any expenditures as long as we didn't have to pay for it.
