How do I restore the yellow paint on my Volkswagen Lupo?

I have a 2002 Volkswagen Lupo that I have recently bought. The paintwork is faded in places and I thought it would be easy to find products to restore this with - how wrong I was!

I need to find a yellow paint restorer and (ideally) a yellow paint chip repair kit. Can anyone recommend one or know of an alternative product?

Detailed a lot of cars!! A good buffer and buffing compound has always worked for me!!!
