Please apply the equation:
C = (Epcilon_0*Epcilon_r)A/d
The dielectric constant of the dielectric is Epcilon_r:
Epcilon_r = Cd/(A*Epcilon_0)
where Epcilon_0 = 8.85x10^-12 F/m
Please do the math.
