Please tell me why the students need not learn about the real world. Is it really enough if they learn life out of science and math textbooks?

You are right.I don't think reading other subjects ignoring moral science is a stupid concept.Luckily , some Christian Missionary Institutions are teaching moral science in addition to compulsory prescribed subjects of a student of any stream.I strongly believe , moral science should be taught along with other subjects till graduation.Teaching Moral Science in early primary classes doesn't fulfil the need/importance of this subject. What's the use of becoming a good student in terms of marks secured in general subjects of any stream if that one is not morally a good person?
I am not insisting on grading students on this subject during final examinations. What I want is that this subject should be taught to all students at all levels-------a minimum mark must be secured by a student to qualify to sit for the final examination......this mark/grade will not be counted for assessing his overall grade/division/class/rank in the final examination.

God Bless

Moral science is studied at the lower classes, but in the upper classes it's not,it's because we are meant to carry what we have studied in our childhood,India being such a multi-ethnic country, people know how to be moral ,so no need to study it all th way long.
