Here are some reasons I think the Tigers win:
-No more media circus about whether Miles is leaving, should no longer be a distraction
-Miles is not only the Tiger coach, he is a Michigan man and will certainly not want to lose to the suckeyes
-Miles' contract is under negotiations at the moment. Winning the championship will make a huge difference in pay
-Pellini is leaving....yes, that is a good thing. The defensive calls in the second half of the year were too conservative. With the talent level on defense, they can afford to be much more aggressive than they have been lately.
-LSU is used to playing very tough competition, close games, and very largely hyped games. They are right where they belong and will prove it.
-Top to bottom, there is way more talent at LSU than at OSU.
-OSU seems to love choking the big game to SEC teams. Anyone remember 41-14?
--And of course the biggest reason is because the BCS is obviously rigged and this is some huge conspiracy against the Big 12. LOL
Tigers will own OSU on Jan 7th. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!

I think they will win because they are supposed to win and will be a bigger disappointment if they lost. It would be funny to see them lose tho because no body believes in OSU and goes off of what happened last year. I think OSU has a lot of confidence and this is a completely different team. They're not as good as last year but they seem to play harder. I'm an ACC man so I am not picking a favorite here but you know what happened to the overrated favorite in most of the BCS title games recently. Let me recap the seasons (overrated in all caps)
2006 OHIO STATE/Florida
2005 USC/Texas
2002 MIAMI/Ohio State
2000 FLORIDA STATE/Oklahoma
1998 FLORIDA STATE/Tennessee
Do not let LSU be added to this list of heavily favored teams to blow it.

They are playing in New Orleans, so LSU will have the home field advantage. Both their losses came in triple overtime, and although Hawaii is undefeated they haven't played ANYBODY this year!!!! If Hawaii beats Georgia, then you can make a case for them. I'll pick LSU over OSU

The refs will continue the lame LSU lovefest of the media and help them win, IF they do...I don't give a damn if they're trying to make Les Miles happy after the Michigan leak...No team with 2 losses should be playing for the national championship over an undefeated team(Hawaii)...

I think its pretty funny that the only reason LSU got to the national championship game is because the chairman of the SEC is also the chairman of the BCS!! Incestuous .. i think so!!
