I have looked this up but can not fnd the answer.

It is not to do with deliberatily taking out sperm. The one indication of the problem is small testes!

This was diagnosed 15 year`s ago, by having a biopsy! They said that the hormone which makes sperm (or the micanics) where not there!

Would there be any good in going back for a second opinion?

Sorry about so many questions; we are just so desperate to be parents without Artificial Insimation.

ps please excuse any wrong spelling

You have to go to an infertlity clinic.Small testes cannot be the reason.Small testes means only small quantity. If the testes is not fully developed(though small) it has to produce something. There are hormone therapies for this.Meanwhile start taking germinated seeds, vitamin E etc.good luck.

By all means, get a second opinion. What kind of doctor would make such a diagnosis without suggesting a treatment? Good luck!
