If it is jammed, you will probably have to remove it, take the cover off very carefully and remove the disk, or what is left of it.
I had to do that a while back when my Sims 2 #1 disk desintegrated in my DVD player.
No amount of pressure on the lock would release it.

I easily have an X-field yet no longer a 360. i do no longer understand of something like that. although you may open it from the interior. only take offf al the scews and then forse in open. The motor would only be burned out on it.

look atyour drive on the right of the button that you press to open the drive, is a small hole, insert a pin into it till you feel some resistance, then push the pin, at that point the drawer will start to open, then pull it (but make sure the power is of).

First off, turn off your computer.
Then, you will probably find a small hole on the front of the drive. If you straighten out a paperclip and push it in the hole, the disk drive should manually come out.

turn the pc off. Reboot and then see if you can eject it by clicking the eject button again.
or
you can right click on your drive from MY COMPUTER and you'll see an EJECT option there if it's an optical drive (CD, DVD)

there usually is a pin size hole somewhere near the front drive door. get a large straight pin or needle, stick it in as far as it will go and the door will usually open. good luck.
