it's normal if your single , the fact it's bugging you is a worry , seriously the dude need's something and there's nothing wrong with it , if he has a web cam and chat's in chat/cam site's he is doing it on cam for other women hoping they'll pm him , I've seen it so many time's I do laugh and I never pm I just close the cam and move on lol.
