Depends on what level of their acceptance of the act, there on. Usually denial of help, understanding, or social misinterpetation of how they well be precieved, keeps them quite. The only thing that typically gets a person to such a level is in a group of others like, or when they've made it to the point of being strong enough to confront the individual who commented the rape. As you might of guessed, their would be different intensities to how easy/hard one would find it to be strong enough to confront their rapist. Most never make it to this point, and suffer greatly for the lost in control over their lives that it causes.... mortality is a big deal to a rape victim, so typically it conflicts heavily with normal ideologies, so that has a way of keeping even the most healthy rape victim quiet, so lets just say, it takes a maricle most of the time to get such individuals together. A cool, crazy, thing thou is that it just takes getting them together, its natural to work thru your experiences with others experience, like fire to fuel, quite..... beautiful, really..... rare thou......

No. There is nothing to be compared about, and it's not going to make anyone feel any better because rape takes away so much from a person. If they're feeling like a victim then they might like to hear stories of survivors as encouragement that it shouldn't be the end of their life though.
