my sister was shot and killed by her husbands grandma.she said they didnt argue and had a good visit but when she went to get something off her table she heard her slidding door and turned to see my sister coming at her with a hammer in her left hand ,so she pulled her 22 rifle out and they struggled and it went off.my sister was righthanded and they more than likely discussed my sisters decision to file divorce and abandonment on her husband the next week. she also just heard my sister coming into the living room from outside not her opening the door and goin out .theres so many other inconsistanceys in her story.even the detectives believe it was murder, but shes stuck by self defense and nothing is goin to happen to her.news articles at heathermizellmemorial.com

No, sorry for your loss, but it's not that hard to kill people without a gun. 911 terrorists used box cutters and civilian aeroplanes. If all the world's weapons were hammered into ploughshares and sickles, people would just kill each other with the sickles. You need to change people's hearts, not their weapons.
On the other hand the right to bear arms is guarnteed bythe Constitution of the United States. I don't expect that to change any time soon.

The right to bear arms has nothing to do with this. I do have one question ,you say that Grandma pulled her 22 rifle out "out of what or where" and did Grandma go around carrying a firearm.

That's awful. I'm sorry for your loss.
It definitely sounds like 2nd degree murder to me.
Not premeditated, but killed in the process of some sort of fight.

The 2nd Amendment has nothing at all to do with this.

oh well...thats the prosecutions fault...the Right to Keep and Bear Arms doesnt enter into it...following your line of thought...I lose my rights because a prosecutor cant make a case that concerns you,correct?...thats wrong and a liberal/dem argument..not a logical one...

No it doesn't and your story, sad as it may be, does nothing to make the case that it does.

Strawman.

Right to bear arms has nothing to do with it.
