There are 8 labels, in 2 columns on an A4 sheet. Is there an easy tool or something that already lays out the labels on the page so i can just add the addresses?

There must be an easy way to do this!

The easiest way to do this is to buy a packet of A4 sheets of pre-gummed labels from somewhere like PC World or Staples.

They come with a CD programme and it's not very expensive if your making a lot of them.

I use Microsoft publisher and you click on labels and all the regular Avery labels come up then you can do whatever and have whole sheets done it is very accurate ~~

You could make a template is MSWord - The Avery website has examples you can download http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=software.BlankTPLProduct&catalogcode=WEB01&node=10194419&cat=Dividers&subcat=Index+Maker+Clear+Label+Dividers&wtloc=sc
