now this (small) band of Muslims who happen to be British protested outside the Sudanese embassy.
How right are they in saying what they did.??? The nutters are dragging down the peaceful lot. It warmed the cockles of my heart to see this little demo.
Does anyone know if this was organised by the Muslim council of GB, or was it just these individuals??
Thanks

"See no evil, hear no evil, do no evil" - that's what 2 million British moslems have been doing when they don't organize in numbers to protest the outrage of Islamic governments mistreatment of people (moslem and non-moslem alike) and terrorists mass murders. Instead they would be happy to jump on the wagon when British unions boycott Israel. Hypocrites!

I bet this small band outside the embassy are Caucasian converts, not the Middle East, nor Asian types which practise the 3 Monkeys routine.

Been waiting to respond to this question all day,yet for some reason i might want to no longer see the certain's defence correspondent's record over the internet.I have considered it now even although I were listening to similar memories for a lengthy time period. So assuming this is the fact in what's taking position anybody who condones it advantages to be shot imprisoned tortured or maybe if as this isn't properly. How can anybody born in this united states of america who has grown up with British toddlers as a British citizen ,universal the British way of existence (or a minimum of each thing given to them by ability of way of the usual of existence afforded to them by ability of British society) bypass to a distinct united states of america to kill their personal human beings.because if we somewhat do stay in a multicultural Britain this is the perfect problem that could want to be taking position. How can someone who's waiting to kill British voters overseas no longer be prepared to kill British voters in Britain. Its time for the mummy's father's brother's and sister's of those human beings to act contained in the pastime of their followed united states of america and deal with this sorry situation ,even the love affair our legislators have with you may not very last now we are at this level.

I live in a town where there is a large Muslim population. I admit that I don't know any of them well but those I have talked to mostly have the same views as we do. They are not aliens, they are human beings! We have happily slagged off the government together and I would say that the main difference is that they all believe that Muslim terrorists should be hanged!

The protest was organised by the Muslim Public Affairs Committee. See http://www.mpacuk.org/ for more info.

In my view it is this group that is more representative of mainstream British Muslim public opinion.

Ditto! Ditto...my feelings exactly.
I'm always very happy when a moderate Muslim raises his voice in alarm or protest agains the frenzied fanatics. Its like there is hope yet for mankind...

Most Muslims I know or have read about have been disgusted with her treatment.

It may have been a small number, but it was more than the non-muslims, none of whom came out to show thier support that I know of.

Thank you for pointing this out. No doubt there will be thousands of people asking why moderate mulims don;t protest,k and now I have a link!

If you keep up with the news you will see the Muslim Council of Britain and british muslims in general are all against the beaviour of the Sudanese authorities.

Even if it wasn't organised by the MCB, it is in line with their very vocal protests.

Before any fingers are pointed about "nutters" dragging down any "peaceful" lots it should be mentioned that the Muslim council of GB are not doing themselves or anyone else any favours because all they are saying is that she should not have been treated so badly for an "Unintentional" slight on Islam. However, if the teacher had "Deliberately" or "Knowingly"named the bear then it can be assumed she would have deserved all she got, lashes and all ! - Not very moderate if you ask me, sorry!

Not because of ignorance but because of human nature. You don't walk up to a Lion thinking what a nice ***** cat, as soon as you see one you'll run a mile.

No such thing as a British Muslim?
