I was. Thank goodness it's over. I just love him as a friend and like him as a potential lover. He doesn't feel the same.
I once told him my want for a relationship with him was a 9/10. He responded with a I would rather be friends and stamped the possibility/thrills of love with me a 4/10.
I was shocked and disappointed but not angry like he originally thought. Good question. ^_^
