how can i find the dimensions of the lower base of a frustum of a rectangular pyramid if only the volume,height & the dimensions of the upper base are given?

The volume of a frustum is given by the following formula:
V = (B + B' + √(BB') )h/3

V is the volume
B is the area of the lower base
B' is the area of upper base
h is the height

you can't.

Think about it - you don't know how far up the cut is.

I suspect youve missed something to do with the dimensions of the whole pyramid.
