I'm talking about the ones he wears in blue and white clothes. The blue and white arm warmer looking things and the leg bandage things. I don't want to buy them and I know how to sew so i could probably make them, but I don't know how. As for the legs I don't really want to wrap bandages round my legs. I was hoping for something like a piece of cloth or something and just pull that onto my legs instead of bandages. Anyone please help I need them by 2-3weeks.

I'm a professional seamstress and I would still use bandages and tape. Duct tape comes in blue.

well it is like an arm band if u look at it up close it shows a picture of it and if u get a white on with nothing on it u can find a sticker or paint it on there

I believe they are arm warmers, I guess its just an accesory use, since Kishimoto has staed he likes as much accesories on his characters, I think the answer above has got its use rigth on the mark =D

Get some socks and cut off the toes. Fold the cut edge up and sew around it so it doesn't fray.

You could try and call your Mom. Mine always helped me with my halloween costume's when i was a kid.
