It slides. If it fell on the floor the top of the pizza will be messed up. You can see how the sauce looks like to give you an idea.

I worked in a pizza place in college. My guess is: Neither. The pizza likely got that appearance from the way the guy who puts it into the box slams the box onto the counter (or heat window) to await pickup.
Those guys work fast, and they do things the quickest way. Carefully setting the pie down takes time, and they don't always have it. It's SLAM! out of the oven, SLAM! it's cut and slid into a box, and SLAM! the window... the faster the better.
If no toppings appeared obviously missing, no "holes" in which there was nothing but crust, then it probably didn't hit the floor -- or anything else.

This will sound terrible, but having worked at a pizza place for many years, and my husband worked for several pizza restaurants over the years, I can tell you this: my husband has seen the pizza makers make the pizza, take it out of the oven, cut it, steal a slice for themselves, and send the pizza out to the customer. If you put all the slices together, the pizza should be the size that the company advertises it is. So next time measure it. Call and complain. You might get a free pizza or something.

If you're not happy with the standard of the pizza, complain to whoever you bought it from. You're not over-analysing it, you're being sensible.
If the pizza place isn't providing a good enough standard, don't put up with it. Complacency is a destructive force, if we put up with, things will only get worse.

It all depends on how it's cut, if it's cut too much it'll slide apart, cut not enough, you'll have a hard time ripping it apart.
Anyway, I don't think it was dropped.
