There are two counts that can be filed. One is driving under the influence, and the other is driving with a blood alohol content above .08. Conviction of one and or both is the same. A huge fine, $1,400 or so, 3 years court probation, normally 48 county jail, which can be served on weekends at 8 hours a day. An 30 week dui program and a restricted license for a while. Also, if your insurance company finds out, a big rate increase. Do not change companies.
