I ask this because in Mexico by law, the partner has no right to know this at least your match wants you to know it.

I mean if the spouse have ADIS and only he(she) and the doctor know it, the doctor can tell you about his(her) condition, even when the spouse doesn't want you to know.

ethically yes. the whole relationship deal is so you can have someone to trust and share thigns with, and if your partner doesn't tell it defeats the purpose.

They should have told you before you got married and yes I think the future spose has the right to know this information as it can be a crucial factor in the choice to marry the person or not.

I don't see how any one could not tell their partner, i mean they would have to have no morals what so ever if they didn't. I feel the Mexican law is wrong both morally and ethically. If it were me I would have to tell I just wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't.

If there is a high risk of you catching aids then you should be told eg. partner, doctors, children and anyone else whom may be about to come in contact with blood or genital fluids

First off it is AIDS or HIV and yes I think it morally and ethically for a person to acknowledge they have a disease that is basically biological death. I think mexico is going to see many lawsuits for this impractical practice I think if you are involved with someone they are to tell you they have this disease so you can atleast protect yourself.

In the US if a person, spouse or not, if infected they have a legal obligation to tell you.
