it's normal. i used to have the same problem. You are just so far along that the baby is pressing against your bladder, and when you sneeze, couch or move into a position it can cause the baby to hit your bladder thus causing you to pee yourself. It is very common. I doubt your leaking water... but if you are in doubt always ask your doctor...
you just ask if you are leaking water or if it's the baby hitting your bladder.
i had to wear pads from about 5 months on.... i look silly buying pads obviously pregnant.... i always peed myself.. there's no shame in it.

Something may be wrong, it is very important to ask your doctor about it or even call the local ER tonight and ask about it. If your water broke the baby's head may be blocking the canal and not allowing the water to flow out. When I had my daughter, I started leaking fluid and thought at first I was urinating and didn't know I had to go. I checked it and decided it wasn't urine, I went to the hospital and the checked it for fluid said everything was fine and sent me home. I am still not sure what it really was, but I am really glad I went to the hospital just to make sure.
You should never feel stupid when asking your OB questions, there are many things with pregnancy that can go wrong and only a doctors exam can answer some of those questions. I hope everything goes well for you. Good Luck.

I go through the same thing. I leak urine so I have to wear a pad. Sometimes I feel like I am going to bust but then nothing comes out. It's just pressure on your bladder. Just mention it to your doctor. There is a very simple test that can be done while he has you on the table for your exam. Its a little checker thing they can test your discharge to see if it is urine or fluid. It's painless and they can tell you the results right there in about 2 minutes.

Uncontrolled urination is part of your pregnancy because the uterus is swelling and it will start to enlarge for the growing fetus immediately. The uterus puts pressure on your bladder making you feel the need for more frequent urination. Many women start to feel this symptom within a week or two after pregnancy has occurred.

It is normal for any woman to have occasional urine leaks, but pregnant women have it even worse since there is increased pressure on the bladder.
Go ahead and ask your doctor, it is a normal question and he might have some specific advice for you.

It's normal for the baby to push on your bladder and cause urine to escape. But, it could also be your aminotic fluid. So, put a pad on and walk around for a while (hour or so) and check the pad. If your water has broken you should have amniotic fluid, not urine on the pad. If it's your water, you need to go to the hospital.

it is possible that you are leaking your water.
never be afraid to talk to your doctor.
what may be miner thing may be a symptom of a bigger thing that could harm you and/or the baby
before you go in to see the Doctor make a note if anything you want to bring up. ( i always forget till i have left the building)
the doctor may do an extra test or two but you both will know that it was taken care of

It is natural to lose bladder control when you are pregnant. It is important that you TELL YOUR DOCTOR because this could be more than loss of bladder control. They have heard everything. Dont feel stupid. You never learn by not asking. It is VERY important to ask about this.
