contact airline websites look for a career link. then its like any other service industry job.
i dont think you need any special training they will make you take first aid cpr training and the individual airlines might have their own training courses.
i knew a server when i worked for cracker barrel restaurant she had a part time job as a stewardess and she was only 18

check out your nearest airports website...i'm pretty sure you have to go like flight attendant "school"..but its probably no more than a year iwould think..i don't know..but good luck!
