Season tickets to his favorite sports team; gear and/or gift certificates for his favorite activities (golf, fishing, whatever); make a donation to a charity he'd appreciate in his name; sign him up for some adventure outing that he'd appreciate (fishing trip to Alaska or Mexico; mountain climbing, car racing, whatever he's into) and dont' forget lots of love and time together! Good Luck and Merry Christmas!

The opportunity to do some good.
Perhaps a gift certificate to www.kiva.org
Kiva provides micro finance to needy businesses.
$25 is all it takes to become an international financier.
After the term of the loan, the money comes back and this man who has everything will have the option of withdrawing the money or lending it again.

You have to give a gift from the heart. If you know this man intimately you will remember little things he has said that have always interested him or he's commented on things that intrigue him. Think about all the things you know about him that not everyone knows. Then give him a gift that shows you truly know him and you're listening to everything he shares with you.

Since you said, Literally, I take that to mean there is room for that something special yet.
Every man enjoys a new set of cloths to start the New Year with,
I suggest..
A new custom made suit at Norton & Townsend of London. :)
Followed by custom hand made shoes at James Taylor & Son, also of London.`
Then, I highly recommend Emporio&Armani of Italy, for their microfiber material boxer underwear. I just enjoy the feel of these~! They also have other clothing items worthy of your visit~!
That's enough..We need to leave something for next year's holiday..:)

You can always look beyond physical retail products. How about dancing lessons, a magazine subscription, or tickets to a concert?

Sentimental stuff. Something that has sentimental or personal value because those are priceless. By saying he has everything I am assuming all material stuff. So get him something that he will cherish and learn to love.

How about a gift card that's for like everything? like a gift card to every store? i think it's those credit card looking things that have a certain amount of money on it, and then he can use it anywhere he wishes.

why not make him something, like a cake? or buy something from the store and personalize it so it means more to him, because is that not what gift-giving is all about? it is not about getting something for the sake of getting something- it is getting something to show and let them know how you feel about them- how important they are to you
that is why macaroni art is precious :)
