Writing on playing cards?

Does anyone know of any type of marker or pen that would writing on the glossy material that standard playing card decks come in?

David Blaine seems to be using a Sharpie when he does that in some of his illusions

"mad dog" has it. Ordinary Sharpie markers will stick to the playing card surface.
