Absolutely terrified!
On a lighter note, what happens when a dentist gets a patient with a severe gag reflex???
It gets messy!!!!
Yessiree!!! Very Messy...

On the plus side, I found a dentist who was very understanding when I needed some major dental work. He organised & planned out specialists for operation all under general anaesthetic & ONE operation for 4 wisdom teeth removal and a front tooth implant (I had lost a tooth in an accident years prior).
He did this WITHOUT me even sitting in the chair! Got me a non invasive xray & did the referrals & organised it all, and I SURVIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Still sore mouth but without having to use the chair...

Yes, but at this point I think my dentist might be more afraid of me. It was a situation involving wisdom teeth removal and a patient who has a very very high tolerance for medication....

I don't fear the Dentist. He is a very sweet person. The pain and discomfort is what gets to me.
