Usually a minimum of 3-5 years are preferred. Certainly it is possible to get into an MBA program with 2 years, or even directly out of your undergrad, but your degree will be pretty meaningless and it won't help you much in the job market.

Not all MBA requires 2-3 years of experience. But I will recommend you to do full time MBA since part time MBA has lesser value then full time MBA. you 2+ years of exp. will add a value to your MBA study. Most of the good institutes have entrance exam. The entrance exam is moreover similar like regular MBA entrance exam. Some institutes also demand CET/GRE/CAT... scores. All good institutes also demands 2-3 years of experience. I will recommend you to wait for 2-3 years more and go for executive MBA from good university where there are virtually no entrance exam or semester examination. It is purely on case studies.

generally most people do MBA from IGNOU n IGNOU do want at least 2 year experience certificate to appear in MBA programme. but its better to do MBA through correspondence after getting at least 2 year experience under your belt, it not only help to understand the subject better but it also makes to sufficient enough to select MBA programme from the long list provided by institutions.

So gear up n get some experience first or go for regular MBA.
