Seriously whats up with all the YELLING are you a lil stressed, um imagination, well think of it as you as an adult to fantasize about your future? Why? Because of ads, TV, other people and what they have, because if we didn't our world would fall flat on its face and DIE! A child can start a story by what he has seen or heard and "interpret" it in to his own thought process. INTERPRETATION is the key word of Imagination!! Hope this helps!

Emotions were created for the better care of babies and children, it was updated to include others when communications came into being. Imagination is an offshoot from the ability to plan ahead. Animals live in the present with very little future planning. Man being a defenseless animal had to develop a defense. They had only feet to run and hands to throw. Somehow they managed to think ahead and carry a rock to throw in case. This started the art of imagination. It all has to do with survival. Once communication was established then imagination mixed with it to get the ability to paint pictures.
