after 2 months it still is weak. im only 17 is this pain going to be forever? can i still jump as high as before?

yes you can jump as high as before but for that you have to stop jumping right now....your feeling this becuz your sprain is still raw and not healed yet...you should give proper rest to your part which is sprained..also try eating calcium its good for bones..

sprains take longer to heal than breaks. I sprained my ankle --took 3 months to heal--of course as soon as the pain was gone, I jumped over a fence & sprained it again. so--took another 3 months

It could be a soft tissue injury and may need more time. But if progress has been slow, it is good to consult a doctor or a physiotherapist.
