What sort of consultancy, what all of job you are providing through this consultancy & where you are running it, which part of the country? What sort of job fair you want to conduct, for searching new aspirant looking for what sort of job? As far legal procedure is concerned it all depends where in the country you want to conduct such job fair, the permission to conduct any fair or gathering has to be taken from the local government authorities including the Deputy Commissioner of the district, local police etc. You have to have a place where you can conduct such fair & you require permission from the person or authority legally owning or authorized to lease out such place for this purpose. Usually such job fairs are being conducted by big organizations which are involved in personnel business & the sub-lease their premises to individual consultants where they have taken such government permission to conduct such job fairs in a larger scale. All such matters can be settled by individual consultant with big job providers in the business & get their counter booked in big job fairs to conduct their own job consultancy work.
