ok i have a laptop and i have my home connection set up...well the other day i was trying to set up a connection throught my school also and i thin i may have messed things up. if i dont touch the curser every once in a while it kicks me off the internet and asks me to work offline or try again. it never used to do this! why is it doing this and how can i make it stop doing it again??

In case you are using Windows operating system, go to "control panel" and click "network connections". Then delete all the connections listed there and especially the one you made in school. Restart and that should solve your problem. If you have a restore point set in windows, you can try "start-help and support-restore point" option and restore your machine for an earlier date. That would also eliminate the recent changes. Happy computing.

Try restarting it & see what happens. & call the company, if you are still on your warrenty,They will be able to help you.
