I'm a registered democrat in Michigan, but I want to change my party affiliation to Republican so I can vote for Ron Paul in the primaries. Does anyone know how to do this specifically in Michigan? Can I do it online?

Call your county board of elections, and explain what you want to do. It takes one phone call and five minutes.
Look under county gvt in the blue pages.
For an example, here's kent County.

Resign from the Democratic party and apply at the Republican party so that you will be able to vote for Ron Paul.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know if Ron Paul will likely win.

I believe you can do this on his website:
www.ronpaul2008.com
-they have a section for states, just click on Michigan (verify the rules) and then register as a republican

Congratulations on leaving the Democrap Party...but you haven't wised up yet. Doc Paul isn't a Republican...he's really a LIBertarian flying under a false flag.

Better you don't waste your vote on him.
