I am actually a person who has never asked for help. I do it all for everyone. I have just found out that I am ill and do plan on asking for help. I need some rest and shouldn't even be awake right now but I am finishing some laundry that I was too busy to get to earlier.
I am asking for help tomorrow and if I don't get it I am going to check into a hotel for a rest.

It depends on the problem. Usually I get up, get a drink, and think a bit. Then I can generally solve it myself.
If not, then I go ask for help again.

First of all, try to calm down and get relax. Never get panic in such sutiation, as most of us get. secondly have deep breath and utilize your own capabilities to sought out your problem. Try to be independent and do look around yourself, just look inside you. Its for sure you will be Helped By your own will.

I do it myself. There's never anyone willing to help me or if there is someone willing to help me it takes him (my brother) a long time to do it, so I end up doing it myself because I don't want to wait that long.

i like to do most things by myself so it wouldn't affect me much. I'm used to being turned down, no biggie any more.
