I'm a freelancer who works at home. Some days I am completely devoid of focus and do nothing but procrastinate. What can I do to procrastinate on procrastinating? lol.

You can make a schedule where you make breaks for yourself throughout the day.
Example: Work, then relax and read a book/newspaper, work some more, take a break and exercise or do something you enjoy. If you procrastinate, you can look at it in this way: Once you get x amount of work done, you'll be rewarded with something you love! It always feels way better once all the work is done! Good luck.

I usually choose certian things that have to be done that day, and I find that when I do them it makes me a much happier person because I know I accomplished something today. Use it as a motivational tool just for everyday wellbeing, a way to make you smile and believe it was not a wasted day. I can stand that feeling that the day was wasted.
